Build or Buy: How It Affects Your Business Strategy

Reggie: Can you tell us a little bit about the buy versus build decision and how it's affected your business strategy? I'm not going to paint some picture of us being the most prudent people on earth. We have mostly in our history been non profitable though we've had profitable quarters and we'll have again soon. Reggie: Did we need at the end of the day to build a bunch of stuff that nobody could give us because it's the reality of working and integrating with more traditional financial services systems? Absolutely. But we didn't build our ticketing system. We bought it. So we will continue doing that.
