Four of our founding fathers were apprentices. The National Apprenticeship Act codifies the regulations defining what a registered apprenticeship is in this country. There's a lot that needs to be modernized, but it has been embedded in our culture and the American way for some time. So just a little bit of history on how far where we've been in this country and where we are today.
