Change Is a Good Thing
Janet had a bad day at the office. She stayed up anyway, checking her phone for messages that weren't there. Sasha buried the phone under her blanket where she couldn't see it. Janet wondered what sasha's nightmares were since she'd lost all her teeth and woke up with hand over mouth. The older i get, the more boring my dreams become, she said. Janet: I'm naked in front of a crowd and wake up with my heart racing. These days, these days, the bad ones are the best ones.
