The Importance of Cultural Barriers to Transformation

Culture is the way you're doing things. So if you are being more transparent, more inclusive, more collaborative, more adaptive, then you'll see that come through in the culture and that will really unlock new potential within the organization. You need to go and experiment where you actually take a small amount of time but provide that proof by telling your story. And it's interesting because, you know, many people think organizational culture is this or team culture is this. But they can't be dismissed as just like over there or not complex at all. It doesn't apply to us; we have to move forward on our own.
