The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells
H.G. Wells' Selected Short Stories were written in the late 19th century. They are some of the very first science fiction stories. The book was an old copy, printed and published in 1969. It had pages that began to crack and disintegrate as I opened it. But otherwise the book is in good condition and is definitely fine for reading.
