Engaging Political Elites in Africa Through the ID CPC?

The International Department of the Communist Party of China and the United States are nothing like each other. The ID CPC is really essential because nobody has anything close to it that I've been collecting. It demonstrates a fundamental change occurred under Xi Jinping. Under Hu Jintao China was sending more delegations to Africa via the ID CPC but under Xi Jinping China is hosting more.
