The Importance of Stories in Early Childhood
There's some beautiful case studies that have been done that have been really foundational in terms of theory development and I'm thinking of two one John is is your work on disability and how that might change the way people understand themselves or narrate themselves. Then I'm also thinking about Ruth Ellen's paper of the woman who narrates the same story over the course of I think it's 40 years for four different times. Those three papers there's two of John's and one of Ruth Ellen's I think they really push us theoretically just what often what case studies do to think like what are theories not capturing but also there's just some beautiful data in there that are really important in thinking about.
