The Role of Wagner in Security in Africa

Wagner is operational in Mali. There's been a UN human rights report suggesting that there have been very much behind some serious human rights abuses. I'm not confident Wagner have been particularly successful or any more successful than France has. What we might see is actually Africans looking at where they can have their own improved security forces, but with some funding and training.
