Our bodies were never designed to be fast forwarded through time with this thing called a jet engine and it causes a biological lag. There are some treatments quote unquote but there is no cure. The treatments are probably the following. Most people sleep at the wrong time on the flight. Don't be tempted to nap because if you nap again you release some of that sleepiness. Eat at the regular times when everyone else is eating not when you're hungryBecause food is just as powerful a resetting trigger on your internal clock as light is.
