The Second Amendment Is the Most Politized Part of the Bill of Rights

The second amendment is, i think it's fair to say, the most politicized part of the bill of rights. I an awful lot of americans think it shouldn't be the law of the land at all. But anyway, in two thousand eight the supreme court ruled in d c versus heller that the second amendment establishes an individual right to bear arms. Also, the supreme court is stupid. Soye, like, i don't personally give a good god damn about what the founders intended, yet seems like the weirdest standard to uphold this day.
