The working genius language is used to help people contextualize what you're doing in a given meeting. Sometimes when I'm discerning something, it sounds like I'm galvanizing. And sometimes we need to actually just push against the grain ourselves or opt out of that meeting. So meetings really do evolve or change based on who's running them, but we need to be intentional.
