Is There a Prolonged Tech Bust?

I think there was an aberration of maybe a 10-year period of low interest rates and everything that came with it, not just in tech, but in the broader economy. And I just think that we're just getting back to normal. In fact, this is the long run. The economies have to sort of be more real.
