Women's Super League - Is There a Tribalism?
People will buy a Manchester United shirt and an Arsenal shirt and a Spurs shirt in one go, because they support the Netherlands players that play for that team. It's almost as if the tribalism is towards the nation before the club. We're starting to see that crossover of people buying of multi purchases across the WSL with maybe an add on of an international jersey. I wouldn't fathom doing that five, six years ago because of the connotation towards the men's game. But now I feel like we're owning that jersey as women's Super League.
