i was scared of my anger for a really, really long time because i thought that what made my mam say the things she said or do the things she did was a loss of control on her anger. But as any person who understands emotional intelligence at all will tell you, you can't just turn off one emotion without dampening them all. And then you have to re learn how to feel your emotions. I finally start to have these conversations with the therapist. You know, i my first session with the therapist, i couldn't even, like, i cried the whole time. Like, i just sat in front of a person and cried.
