I think the biggest thing that we can do is start to question these things. If that's how you were sort of cunagroomed into leadership, maybe step back and ask yourself, why does that work? Why wouldn't it work? Try to find holes in it. A be open to the idea that the way that you sort of came up in management might not be the way that it should be.
