I just love being outside and when you mountain bike you get to ride single track in the woods. So that's why I love mountain biking. Some people are afraid like me a little bit afraid of going fast downhill on a bike over routes and rocks. You should always wear a helmet even if you're pedaling at ten feet then you should have a helmet on. The Olympics is everything that's cracked up to be in more so it really is an incredible thing.
