Gensler is arguably the only person in all the different candidates who really has experience and understands the derivatives book. He's more intimately familiar with derivatives than his Brainard. So he, as far as I can see of all the players, he's the only one who has the technical skills to deal with all the different aspects of what happens at the end of kick the can.
