The Importance of Educating People on Quick Wins
There's really no structured training or structured knowledge path for the soft skills of being able to speak to what are we trying to measure. People take, Oh, if I learned DAX and I'm good at Power BI, which is the biggest misconception. It's part of the tool belt, but that's not like you're saying it's all that stuff is just a means to an end. You have to make the flip into making something that is going to be valuable for a wider audience.
