I think my parents, for example, they're in their mid 40s and they always talk about the fact that like just slowly throughout time, they've had less of an ability to focus on. So yeah, it's quite easy to actually notice if you really start thinking about what your behavior is in a day to day like in any kind of instance. And so I very much try to let my interests shape my research that I become interested in something. And then I I let that be an inspiration to have ideas that hopefully are non boring, since we're going to be speaking about boredom.
