The Magic of Setting High Goals
I've done this dance with exercise and training for years. I thought that really fit healthy, good looking slim people went to the gym every single day and didn't break a sweat. But that is not my reality. So actually, I just need to trust it. Meaning if I just do it regularly, not as regularly as I have been doing it, surely the results will come,. which mean I also loosened my grip on those results and the expectations of results. It might be where the magic where the ticket kind of comes together.
