The Importance of Mobility in a Squat Um

i delayed getting back into weight lifting because i was kind of viewing me doing, focusing on yoga and focusing on mussel activation. And then when i tried to do that with weight training, it immediately like, oh, crap. In not do a squat with the current technique that i'm using. So just saying that to say that, you know, people can benefit from doing both. That's what i recommend. I'll be expecting to follow up video of you doing that later this week.
