Do You Think Your Product Design Reflects Empathy?
Design is about making trade offs between different values. As a consumer, i don't feel all if my needs are being met in terms of how they've made some of those trade offs. Bad design that doesn't reflect empathy happens because lots of different people add bits and pieces to a solution overtime. There's a kind of lack of a continuing practice around really understanding what is the user experience.
