Scrum Isn't the Right Agile Approach for Scrum

Scrum is trying to work and sprints but there are also waterfall projects around. Resources are scattered and you always get to that dogfight right for the resources. Scrum tries to fix this idea of moving from task A to task B and back again means I lose a hell of a lot of time which is why we're scrum. We've found it out of the three or four things that we're doing at the moment there are hybrid of scrum waterfall carbon.
