Planning a Speech Can Be Multitasking
No matter how little you plan in advance, you still need something like half a second or something like that. The time on average that passes between two people kind of taking the floor to speak is not half a second but a quarter of a second. So essentially even when you're doing nothing else but having a conversation, which is speaking, you're actually multitasking.
