The Difference Between Constructive Thoughts and Positive Thought
A constructive thought is something that gives you a reason to believe in yourself, ok? A constructive thought is, yes, i got better at that. This is making a difference. While positive thoughts can be constructive, there's some other positive thoughts. Confidence is a function of all your constructive thoughts. The more of those that you have, the more certain you're likely to be. Mental toughness refers to your refusal to let circumstance, situation, setbacks, change the way you derive your confident, confident constructive thoughts and build that certainty.
