How to Find the Alarm in Your Body

When you feel anxious, I want you to start searching your body for a place of heat or pain or pressure. That's what's creating the anxiety of your mind is this alarm that's stuck in your body. For me, I wake up with it, it's in my solar plexus. And then I try to just embrace it. Some people, it's across their shoulders. Just finding that alarm is really finding the younger version of yourself.
