Biden, there's no new rules here, right? I mean, you have to follow the same rules that you followed for everybody else for a long time. Merrick Garland did not create the circumstances surrounding the documents in Mar-a-Lago. Eugene Carroll is a woman who alleged in a book that she was attacked and raped by Donald Trump at a department store in New York City,. She wasn't able to bring any kind of action based on the alleged rape because the statute of limitations had run. And we'll get into this further in a moment based on all that she sued Trump for defamation.
