The challenge comes from being in the moment and listening. We have to enter into that conversation with not just a perspective about their industry, but a perspectives about their company. And i think it so critical that we do not come across as arrogant. It's having a conversation it's expressing curiosity. It's listening to what we don't know, instead of presuming that we know everything,. The remaining something else is not like your all or nothing - you can be a good relationship builder and challenge is not mutually exclusive.
