The Downfalls of the NFL Draft

The way the scouting in 84 to 2023 looks exactly very similar. There is a belief perseverance within that framework because people won't change what they do. And if somebody does it a different way, you'll look that as an outcast and that's really a hard thing. You can watch every one of shitty Texas A&M's offense under the great Jimbo Fisher calling plays. But yet the way people scout hasn't changed over that time. The draft is so bad because it's been done the same way.
