Transportation Reform and the Multiple Levels of Government
If liberal cities have strong sort of consensus around transportation reform, but they are in a state or surrounded by a region that is more right leaning and less interested in transportation reform, our current administrative situation is such that they're gong to be stime. It's quite possible that we can letting rural areas fild roads, but if we don't have the agency to make the decisions within our own cities then, i don't know, it kind of goes to this this issue of, you know, the multiple levels of government too.
