How to Commit a Patch to Emac

The entire process is you find something you want to work on, you create a patch. And so you can do like get diff and throw that into a file. You attach it to an email and you send it to emac. It was just submitted and then wait for a review or something. I've learned a lot from the people that live on emac. They're like very good developers. Like they've caught lots of things that I wasn't even thinking about.
