The Importance of Planning and Eating
I hear a lot of clients say at the end of the day, just read my cabinet and I'm eating, you know, like chocolate and potato chips. And while there's nothing wrong with those foods, it doesn't end up like feeling great when that's your dinner, right? Yeah. It's one of the things I really work on is trying to get good sleep. And I know the quality of what I eat at night and especially how close to when I'm falling asleep is going to have a big impact on that.
