When you're on the dance floor, there is always more to do. The only way that we can think deeply is by creating space,. And so when i'm talking about space, it can be those micro moments. It can be a breath, a checkin with our body. And it can also be journalling, taking some time to journaland to work through that process. We need to be adaptive and responsive to our environments.
