African Unity in the Decolonization of Mauritius

Mauritius ruled that the decolonization of Mauritius had not been lawfully completed. The General Assembly also ordered the United Kingdom to leave the Chagos Archipelago by November 2019. This was, I'm told, the first time on such a matter that every African country voted in support of the request for an advisor opinion. There was a very strong sense of African unity in this issue.
