Do You Want to Die Break?
A lot of people tell a great story when it comes to who they are as an investor, but when they actually do it, it doesn't work. So you face the questions, what is the need for return? What is the desire for return? Which one do you actually want to try to get? And then there is the matter of cash flow as we go through the discussion and analysis of the distributions. Do you want to die broke? Or do you want to leave an estate that others can enjoy? Those are all decisions a dui yourself has to make now where things are changing with our foundation.
