The Future of Language Learning

AI will not replace our need to learn other languages, says Professor. It's ignoring a very important factor in language learning: culture and literature. The satisfaction that comes from being able to speak in another language is surely not going to be replaceable by whatever a machine can do. But for the really not just short term but in the medium to long term I just simply cannot see that it would be economically viable to develop this kind of technological solution.
