Just stay with it I mean unless you take like several weeks in advance before the retreat to kind of like get to a new baseline or change your habits just stick to whatever is normal to you. Noble Fig by Ferrari or Samsara by Gurlan and aromatic for Jairs in general were very anti-Jannick so that went away after putting on some fearless which was my own perfume. It actually worked as a kind of like canceling out fear I was very surprised absolutely very very very surprising. not nothing I couldn't deal with it was okay and one day where I had to it was kind of too sluggish so anyway I would probably just recommend like when it comes to like coffee
