Is the Holy Spirit in Prophecy Biblical?
When we talk about the Holy Spirit in the Bible, there's times when he's described in a way he can only be known through knowledge of acquaintance. The Bible calls him a comforter, a convictor of sins. And it's we learn to recognize when God is spontaneously bringing stuff to our minds. But it's always biblical. When we're prophesying over people, we prophesy to encourage them, to comfort them. We're not trying to make up something. I'm telling you what I think God is bringing to my mind.
