The Future Food System

I don't know that we're at the phase where we need to be making blanket statements of it's definitely going to happen, or it's never going to happen. I think selling base yellow fin, like a week, right? Obviously, you can't feed a lot of people on just 200 pounds. But that's o step in the right direction. So much of these iser investing, like the prototype stage is happening, but the next big stage is the production facilities to a lot of pilot plants. And so i think getting to that high scale, high volume market, that's going to be really interesting,. and what i'm going to be watching closely the next couple of years
