Continuous Interviewing - What Are Some of the Patterns That Teams Can Avoid?
The biggest mistake i see with interviewing is people just ask the wrong questions, or they teu're talking to the wrong person for what they're trying to learn. The easiest way i know to teach this is just to keep your interview grounded in specific stories in the past. S i can just tal say, tell me about the last time you watch net flicks. Come and get a specific story. We don't want to build our products based on people's ideal selves. We want to build them based on their actual selves.
