The Fear of Psychosis
I was fine in quotes, you know, even a few months ago before it happened. And I think I've managed to dial the fear down on it kind of learning on. They do say knowledge is power and it's so true. But when you try and understand as one can best understand psychosis or mental illness, but see it as science, they feel like something has leapt into your body that wasn't there before. See it like you've been hit by a car. That's just helped me live with it. People always say mentally ill people are scary. There's no one more scared of it than us.
