He suggests using a pseudonym that can't be tied back to you, but says there is no limit to how much time or resources should be spent on improving it. The most important thing for people to understand is that it's not an all-or-nothing thing; the further out in the layers of security and then privacy that you can stop an attacker from coming at you, the better.
