i interned a shinkitek national wildife refuge on the eastern shore of virginia ten years ago. And we had spoken before we went alive about in the post york town moment in 17 82, there's a discussion about manumission of slave people being opened up. But it also reminds me of the fact that ins that same legislative session, there are accounts from, and i think almost like, was it 60 or 80 white residents of akama county, where shingat is located,. They were complaining about effectually a banditti of tories anda and enslaved folks and other folks just terrorizing the populace.
