Drew: It's just doubling down on my own path. If you're not born in the game, you don't have a really influential network and you haven't played at the highest levels, it's humble beginnings. And for every player that transitions to coaching and zooms at the top, there's hundreds of us kind of starting at that entry level and not understanding how to get to the next spot. So if you're lucky enough, you start to work, you build some momentum, other like minded people gravitate towards you. Then from there on out, it's shake and bake. You're scaling, you're building something greater than any one individual.
