I feel like I cannot deal with the aftermath if I actually had a mental breakdown in front of people. So, to save myself from the embarrassment, I would choose to find a personal place. But I wonder if there's a difference between girls and guys. For some people, they just lose it. It's not their choice. A breakdown is a breakdown. And so there's not a whole lot you can do about that.
