The Different Types of Stock Trading Techniques
What's called momentum in stock trading basically means looking at the different stocks out there and seeing which stocks have outperformed other stocks. And then you will tend to go along the stocks that have been outperforming while at the same time shorting stocks that are underperforming. The difference is, for instance, if let's say the whole stock market has been going down and cross-sectional momentum invest, he might go long stocks that havebeen dropping less in value.
