Do You Still Need Those Integrators in Startups?

When you think of startup, which is my world. You're usually hiring way more generalists than specialists. Do you see that smaller organizations benefit from generalists more than larger ones or do you think the larger ones also can benefit as well? I think there's definitely suggestive evidence that once you're going into exploit mode, you can silo people a lot more without some of the negative effectsOnce you switch from explore to exploit mode, there are some benefits to some of that more civilization where some people are just locked in on a very narrow thing.
