The New York Republican Party's Step Down From the Step Down

CNN's John Berman says he thinks Rep. Kevin McCarthy will go to jail for his role in a Ponzi-style fraud scheme. The New York Republican is accused of putting the money into his own campaign, which would be illegal under federal law. He also allegedly committed $700 worth of tax fraud and another $1,200 with a tax fraud with Brazil.
