The Importance of Taxing Churches
I think the majority of Christians would really reject all of this and be disgusted by it. I had so many sort of sponsors at my church that really weren't getting paid anything. They were just giving up their time because they thought it was for a worthwhile cause. It wasn't about the money, it wasn't about status or anything like that. And that's what Christianity is all about. The people that we know that believe in the word of God seem to be very low key actually, materialistically.
