Transparency Is the Key to Snowflakes Culture
Transp is so important because i think in a lot of corpor culture, for decades, if there was somebody who wasn't really behaving quite properly, or or really screwing up, that would be handled quietly on the side. But now you actually have to make examples. You have to fire people for these things, and you have to make sure that people know it was this that was the problem. So we leave by example all day long. It's not abuy titles. And people rarely come to me directly to adjudicate, because they know go direct. Why are you coming to me ye now, is help me understand? That's how organizations should function.
